
Dr. Abdulaziz Alshalfan is an Assistant Professor of Operations Management in the College of Business Administration at Kuwait University. His research interests lie in the areas of supply chain management, digital platforms, and technology-enabled operations, with a focus on how information, learning, and decision-making shape operational outcomes.
Abdulaziz obtained his Ph.D. from Rutgers Business School in the Supply Chain Management Department. He holds a master’s degree from Columbia University in the City of New York and a bachelor’s degree from Georgia Institute of Technology, both in Industrial Engineering. Prior to joining academia, Abdulaziz worked across several industries, including EdTech, FinTech, Manufacturing & Logistics, and Energy.
