2012-Currently: Full-time Assistant Professor, Department of Architecture, College of Architecture, Kuwait University, Kuwait 

2011-2012: Managing Director and Vice Chaiman of the Board, AlBilad Real Estate Investing Company in Kuwait, I was the lead manager of the company’s real estate projects’ developments and investments in Kuwait. 

2007-2011: Assistant General Manager for Projects, Al Imtiaz Investment Group, an investment company listed in the Kuwait Stock Exchange, Kuwait. I was the lead manager of the company’s real estate projects’ development mainly in Qatar and Kuwait. 

2008-2011: Chaiman of Executive Committee and Board Member, Barwa Al-Khor Real Estate Company in Qatar, A real estate company owned by Al Imtiaz Investment Group in Kuwait and Barwa Real Estate Company in Qatar. I was the lead manager for the development of Barwat Alkhor Project representing Al Imtiaz Investment Group. The project is five million square meter complete city development for a population of 100,000. 

2009-2012: Chaiman of the Board, HOT Engineering and Construction Company in Kuwait. 

2010-2012: Vice Chaiman of the Board, Emtiaz Engineering and Energy Holding Company in Kuwait. 

2008-2011: Vice Chaiman of the Board, National Consumer Holding Company, an industrial company listed in the Kuwait Stock Exchange owns factories in Kuwait.

2007: Principal Investigator: The international consultant NBBJ architectural company, USA and Kuwait Engineering Group (KEG), Kuwait. Architectural and energy efficiency consultation for the above companies related to Building Design of the General Headquarter of the Criminal Evidence for the Ministry of Interiors Building in Kuwait during conceptual and design development stages. 

2006: Principal Investigator: Al Imtiaz Investment Group, Kuwait. An architectural consultation for an innovative daylighting system for building cladding “RetroSolar”, as well as promoting the use of this product in buildings at architectural offices and the building industries in Kuwait and the Gulf countries. 

1999-2000: ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBER of Ali Al-Sabah Military Academy Project (KD 25 million) in Kuwait: Evaluation and selection of the Architectural Design Offices’ submissions for the project design competition, Ministry of Defense-Kuwait Ministry of Defense of Kuwait. 

1999-2000: ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBER of Military School Complex Project (KD 20Million): Evaluation and selection of the Architectural Design Offices’ submissions for the project design competition, Ministry of Defense-Kuwait Ministry of Defense of Kuwait. 

2005: Principal Investigator: Al-Shaheen Engineering ConsultantsKuwait. Architectural consultation included providing a design proposal for the headquarter building of the General Administration of the Kuwaiti Citizenship and Travel Documents Project. 

2005 ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBER of Kuwait Ministry of Education and Higher Education New Headquarter Building Project (KD 50 million): Advisor to the evaluation and selection of the submissions for the project design international competition. 

2003: ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBER of the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) New Headquarter Building Project (KD 100 million) International Design Competition Selection: Evaluation and selection of the proposed design submissions for the project design international competition. 

2003: ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBER of Kuwait Oil Tanker Company KOTC Headquarter Building Project (KD 5 million) in Shuwaikh: Evaluation and selection of the Architectural Design Offices’ submissions for the project design competition.
