تحمل شهادة الدكتوراه بتقدير امتياز مع مرتبة الشرف مع التوصية بطبع الرسالة وذلك في الفقه المقارن وأصول الفقه من جامعة الكويت، كلية الشريعة والدراسات الإسلامية.

والماجستير بتقدير امتياز مع مرتبة الشرف في الفقه المقارن واصول الفقه من جامعة الكويت، كلية الشريعة والدراسات الإسلامية.

والليسانس بتقدير امتياز مع مرتبة الشرف في الشريعة من جامعة الكويت، كلية الشريعة والدراسات الإسلامية.

عضو هيئة تدريس بكلية الشريعة – جامعة الكويت، وتعمل أستاذا مشاركا في قسم الفقه وأصوله.

وهي عضوة لجنة الدراسات العليا في الكلية و في العديد من اللجان في قسم الفقه وأصوله بكلية الشريعة -جامعة الكويت-، ومحاضرة في العديد من المؤسسات الحكومية والجمعيات الخاصة، ومشرفة على عدد من الطلبة في مرحلتي الماجستير والدكتوراه في الكلية.

حائزة على عدد من الجوائز العلمية: منها جائزة أفضل بحث في مؤتمر معالجة الشريعة لآثار جائحة كورونا2020 ، وجائزة الملصق العلمي بالمؤتمر العلمي بجامعة الكويت 2022.

لها15بحثا علميا محكما، وشاركت في كتابة موسوعة فقه المرأة التابعة لوزارة الأوقاف الكويتية، ولها عدد من الأنشطة البحثية والمقالات المنشورة، ولها مشاركات عديدة في المؤتمرات العلمية في داخل الكويت وخارجها . 

الاهتمامات البحثية : فقه النوازل، قضايا المرأة، المعاملات المالية المعاصرة، المقاصد الشرعية. 

Dr. Wasan Saad Faleh Al-Dubais Al-Rashidi

Dr. Wasan Al-Rashidi holds a PhD in Comparative Jurisprudence and Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence (Fiqh) from Kuwait University, College of Sharia and Islamic Studies, with first-class honors and a recommendation for the publication of her dissertation. She also holds a Master's degree in Comparative Jurisprudence and Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence with first-class honors and a Bachelor's degree in Sharia with first-class honors from the same university.

Dr. Al-Rashidi is a faculty member at the College of Sharia – Kuwait University and currently serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Jurisprudence and its Principles. She is a member of the Graduate Studies Committee in the college, as well as several committees in the Department of Jurisprudence and its Principles. She has delivered lectures in various government institutions and private organizations and supervises numerous Master's and PhD students in the college.

Dr. Al-Rashidi has received several academic awards, including the award for Best Research Paper at the "Sharia Responses to the Effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic" conference in 2020 and the Scientific Poster Award at Kuwait University's scientific conference in 2022.

She has published 15 peer-reviewed research papers, contributed to the "Women's Fiqh Encyclopedia" project by the Ministry of Awqaf in Kuwait, and has authored various academic articles and research activities. Additionally, she has actively participated in numerous academic conferences inside and outside Kuwait.

Research Interests: Contemporary Jurisprudential Issues, Women’s Issues, Modern Financial Transactions, and the Objectives of Sharia (Maqasid).
