Dr. Shaikhah Alkhadhr is an accomplished academic and researcher with a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, USA. Her doctoral work focused on modeling clinical acoustic information systems using Physics-Informed Machine Learning under the supervision of Prof. Mohamed Almekkawy. She also holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Kuwait University.
Dr. Alkhadhr’s research interests span deep learning, therapeutic and imaging information systems, networks and computer security, and information privacy. Her work has been recognized at international conferences, with multiple publications in IEEE and peer-reviewed journals. She has served as a reviewer for prestigious conferences, including the IEEE International Ultrasonics Symposium and Cogent OA publications.
In addition to her research accomplishments, Dr. Alkhadhr has significant teaching experience. She has taught courses on programming (Python, C++, Java), data structures, and discrete math, and has guided students in machine learning and computer security. Professionally, she has worked in network security and IT development, implementing secure systems and managing critical infrastructure at Kuwait University.
