Kuwait University and the General Presidency of the National Guard signed the activation of the time plan for the joint cooperation protocol, in the presence of the Acting President of the University, Prof. Fahad Al-Dubais Al-Rashidi, and Assistant Vice President for Scientific Affairs for Academic Development, Dr. Fahad Al-Fadhli, and from the National Guard, Colonel Omar Abdullatif Issa and Lieutenant-Colonel Dr. Abdul Rahman Manhal, Captain Zamil Hammoud Al Zamil, and Captain Omar Nassar Mijbel.
The Acting President of Kuwait University, Prof. Fahad Al-Dabis Al-Rashidi welcomed this cooperation. He pointed out that this protocol would strengthen the ties between the two parties and help achieve the desired goals.
