A group of students from the College of Engineering and Petroleum participated in the GPCA forum which took place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The participation was organized by the Engineering Training and Alumni Center, with sponsorship by Equate Petrochemical Company.
The Engineering Training and Alumni Center’s Director Dr. Duaj Al-Rukaiby thanked the sponsor and said that an elite group of college students was chosen to represent Kuwait University in the GPCA Forum, and Dr. Bader Al-Busairi was assigned to head the delegation with the following students: Sarah Al-Ajmi and Rima Al-Mubarak (from the Department of Chemical Engineering), Rima Al-Mutairi (from the Department of Civil Engineering), and Hamad Al-Muhalki (from the Department of Petroleum Engineering).
His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Oil, Dr. Bader Al-Mulla visited Kuwait University’s booth at the forum along with the chairman and CEO of Equate.
Dr. Bader Al-Busairi, the head of the delegation, thanked the Center and Equate for providing this annual opportunity for students to attend the forum.
