Under the patronage of the Acting Dean of the College of Engineering and Petroleum at Kuwait University, Dr. Osama Al-Omair, the College organized a ceremony honoring the students of the Dean’s Honorary List for the first semester of the academic year 2021/2022. The event was attended by the Vice Deans, Heads of Departments and administrators.
The Vice Dean for Student Affairs at the College of Engineering and Petroleum, Dr. Bader Al-Busairi stated that the Vice Dean’s Office holds a ceremony in honor of the college’s outstanding students each semester. He explained that this honor is awarded to students who pass more than 15 credits with an average of 3.5 out of 4 points. He added that these students are the real wealth of the country, and he wished them more success and excellence in their future.
Dr. Al-Busairi extended his gratitude to all faculty members, supporting academic staff and employees of the college for their efforts during the academic year. He also thanked the students’ parents for their sacrifices and efforts in helping their children reach this great honor.
The outstanding student from the Civil Engineering Department, Nawal Al-Fares, thanked all the professors and teachers for the role they played in helping them achieve this success.
