Acting President of Kuwait University, Prof. Bader Fahad Al-Badewi, received a visiting delegation from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah. The delegation included Dr. Muhammad bin Salem Al-Harbi, Advisor of Vice Dean for Educational Affairs and Deputy Director of the Curriculum Center, along with Dr. Othman bin Zakaria Barnawi, Advisor of the Curriculum Center, and Dr. Ayman bin Ahmed Al-Zahrani, Assistant Professor at King Abdulaziz university.
The meeting was attended by Acting Vice President for Academic Affairs, Prof. Mishari Khalifa Al-Aifan, and Acting Vice President for Planning, Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim Zainal.
This visit came within the research project carried out by King Abdulaziz University with various universities in the countries of the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council. Kuwait University was keen to participate in the project through exchanging views and opinions between the two parties, in order to strengthen joint relations between the two universities and discuss future cooperation opportunities.
During the meeting, they discussed aspects of cooperation in the fields of distance education, benefiting from the Saudi experience, exchanging professors, coordinating research projects and other areas of common interest as these are the important areas for development in any country.
