Circular on Rules and Procedures for the Gradual Return to Work at the University

The General Secretariat of Kuwait University extends sincere greeting and best wishes, and with reference to the decision of the distinguished Council of Ministers at its extraordinary meeting No. (34) held on May,5th, 2020 to adopt the gradual return plan for normal life prepared by the General Secretariat of the Council, and to the Circular of the Civil Service Commission No. (13/2020) issued on June, 1st, 2020, which included compliance with what was mentioned in the manual of policies, procedures and rules for the gradual return to work in government sectors issued by the Civil Service Commission.
With reference to the Circular of Civil Service Commission No. (14/2020) issued on June, 15th, 2020 regarding government sectors taking the necessary executive procedures to implement the guide of policies, procedures and rules for the gradual return to work.
The General Secretariat of the University is pleased to enclose in this circular the gradual return plan for normal life approved by the Council of Ministers and the guide of policies, procedures and rules for the gradual return to work in government sectors issued by the Civil Service Commission, which includes the stages of gradual return to work and public safety requirements and health and preventive procedures.
In light of this, the General Secretariat of the University calls all heads of work centers and employees to adhere to the following:

The General Secretariat calls all head of work centers and employees not to violate health instructions and precautionary and preventive measures.
