The University Council Approves the Deanship of Admission and Registration's Proposal Regarding the Basic Rules for Admission and Transfer 2020/2021

The Dean of Admission and Registration, Dr. Ali Faisal Al-Mutairi, stated that the University Council, at its meeting No. (2020/01) held on 21/4/2020, approved the proposal of the Deanship of Admission and Registration regarding the basic rules for admission and transfer at Kuwait University for the academic year 2020/2021.

Dr. Al-Mutairi pointed out that one of the most prominent amendments in the admission and transfer policy is the cancelation of the Chemistry Aptitude Test for Health Science Center Colleges, explaining that the priority for admission will be for students with the highest equivalent GPA calculated based on the ratio of high school and the results of Aptitude Test in English and Mathematics.

Dr. Al-Mutairi indicated that this process will be applied for the academic year 2021/2022, clarifying that the Arabic Language Aptitude Test for students of the College of Law have been canceled starting from the academic year 2020/2021.
