On behalf of Kuwait University , the President of Kuwait University, Prof. Hussein Ahmed Al Ansari, extended his congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Excellency the Speaker of the National Assembly Mr. Marzouq Ali Al-Ghanim , Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the Government of Kuwait and the Kuwaiti people on the occasion of the 58th anniversary of the independence of Kuwait and the 28th anniversary of the Liberation Day.
Al-Ansari said that this dear occasion, which we are living in today, affirms the bonds of national unity and cohesion among the Kuwaiti people, and enriches the social and cultural life and instills the concept of patriotism and generosity for successive generations.
For his part, the Secretary General of the University, Dr. Muthanna Taleb Al-Rifai, expressed his sincere congratulations on behalf of the university family to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the occasion of the 58th anniversary of the independence of Kuwait and the 28th anniversary of the Liberation Day.
He added that the celebration of national events enhances the sense of belonging and loyalty to the homeland, and the opportunity to increase the national cohesion among all the different sectors of the Kuwaiti people and to instill the noble national meanings in the youth and uphold the values of citizenship, loyalty and belonging.
