Evaluation of staff performance for 2018
According to the Civil Service Council Decision no. (15/2017) concerning the amendment of the Civil Service Council no. 63 of 2006 concerning the rules, procedures and dates for evaluating the performance of employees and appeals thereof. As noted through the access to the human resources system (Oracle) of the existence of many break of services for some of the staff of the University during the month of December 2018. The General Secretariat is keen on competency assessment is carried out on the basis of objective and realistic grounds and taking into account the interest of the staff of the University so that this does not have any effects on them.
