
A delegation from the Deanship of Student Affairs at Kuwait University participated in the First Global Youth Forum, organized by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in Almaty, Kazakhstan, from February 18 to 20, 2025.
The forum addressed key regional issues aligned with UNESCO’s strategic goals and witnessed broad participation from youth and stakeholders in the fields of sustainable development, education, and culture.
The Kuwait University delegation included Latifa Ahmad Khaddadah, a student from the Department of English Language and Literature, College of Arts, and a member of the UNESCO Club, along with Abrar Al-Kandari, Supervisor of the UNESCO Club and Acting Head of the Cultural Section at the Department of Cultural and Artistic Activities.
This participation reflects the Deanship’s commitment to empowering students through international engagement, enhancing their awareness of global issues, and contributing to the development of their skills and expertise in the realms of development, education, and culture.
