Kuwait University Announces Three Work Centers Affiliated with the Academic Support Services Sector Have Obtained ISO Certificate
In order to achieve administrative excellence in raising the standards of quality and academic accreditation at Kuwait University, Acting Vice President for Academic Support Services, Prof. Mohammad Ali Al-Mulla, announced that three work centers affiliated with the Support Services Sector have obtained the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certificate, which is granted by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) after meeting comprehensive international standards and fulfilling the necessary requirements for its acquirement. Prof. Al-Mulla pointed out that the information protection management system at Kuwait University used in three work centers, namely the E-Learning Center, Al-Khwarizmi Center for Information Technology Training, and Technical Support Department affiliated with the Assistant Vice President for Academic Support Services for Information Technology, has achieved the required standards for this certificate with the sincere efforts of Eng. Bashayer Al-Dulaijan and her team from the Quality Assurance and Control Department at the Information Systems Center.
Noting that this is the culmination of these centers’ commitment to providing the best services to Kuwait University members, including students, faculty members, and administrators in this academic institution
