Acting President of Kuwait University, Prof. Osama Al-Saeed, received His Excellency the Ambassador of the Republic of El Salvador at the State of Kuwait, Juan Carlos Stabin Puyat, on Monday morning, 16 December 2024, at the Office of Kuwait University President in Sabah Al-Salem University City to discuss ways of cooperation in the academic and cultural fields between Kuwait University and the universities of El Salvador, with the aim of enhancing bilateral relations between the two countries within the framework of student exchange and joint programs to exchange knowledge of the latest academic developments and the most important cultural and scientific advances.
At the beginning, Acting President of Kuwait University, Prof. Osama Al-Saeed, welcomed His Excellency the Ambassador of the Republic of El Salvador, stressing Kuwait University's keenness to expand the horizons of scientific and cultural cooperation between all countries of the world within the framework of student exchange and joint programs regarding receiving students to receive an education at Kuwait University, and to learn about the latest academic developments and the most important research and scientific findings. 
In the same context, His Excellency the Ambassador of the Republic of El Salvador expressed his great happiness with his visit to Kuwait University, which is a distinguished academic edifice, indicating that the visit came within the framework of efforts aimed at achieving the common academic ambition and fruitful student exchange in the field of higher education, noting that it aims to increase communication and scientific exchange between the two parties to advance the academic and research aspect, hoping for more specialized missions at Kuwait University and more fruitful academic collaboration between Kuwait University and universities and educational institutions in the Republic of El Salvador.
