The Acting Vice Dean for Research and Graduate Studies at the College of Medicine, Dr. Hiba Al-Husseini, announced that the college is about to hold the Medical Week from January 5 to 9 under the patronage of Acting Dean of the College, Prof. Adnan Abul. 
She explained that the Medical Week will address several areas over two periods, as the first period will discuss the development of curricula and the latest methods of medical education and their modern uses in the presence of local and international experts from Britain and the United Arab Emirates during the period from 5th to 6th of January, while the second period will include lectures on the latest research developments in immunology, cardiology, blood vessels, the effect of light on the human body and aging in the period from 7th to 9th of January, which will be presented by lecturers from France, Hungary, Britain and Kuwait.
