The Office of Vice President for Evaluation and Measurement announced the period for online registration for the Academic Aptitude Test (Second Chance) for twelfth grade students, which is scheduled to be held on Saturday 1st of February 2025, 15th of February 2025, 15th of April 2025, and 26th of April 2025, with registration being for Kuwaiti students and children of Kuwaiti mothers only, starting from Tuesday 7th of January 2025, at 10 am until Monday 13th of January 2025 at 1 pm. 
He also announced that registration for all categories (non-Kuwaiti students) will open from Sunday 12th of January 2025 at 9 am until Monday 13th of January 2025 at 1 pm or until seats run out, calling on all high school students wishing to take the academic aptitude tests from the twelfth grade or its equivalent and high school graduates to register through the following link: https://porta.ku.edu.kw/placement
Provided that several steps are followed, including entering the registration data and paying a fee of 10 KD for each test using an ATM card (K-net), in addition to printing the test entry card to know the test location. 
He explained that the first two days will be for Kuwaiti students and children of Kuwaiti mothers who have not previously taken the test. Twelfth Grade Students or its equivalent and high school graduates whose personal data is not available in the registration system should follow the instructions shown under the item "Create a new user". 
He added that all students test registration and modification is done through the electronic registration system only, and students must follow and adhere to all instructions for the test day. He also noted that the student's performance of the academic aptitude tests does not mean that he can be accepted into the university, and that no fees for registering for the tests can be refunded after the payment.
