The Administration of Human Resources received a delegation from Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company (KIPIC). The visit aimed to strengthen relations between Kuwait University and different work sectors in Kuwait, and to share Kuwait University’s experience with KIPIC.
The delegation was briefed on Kuwait University’s automated systems for human and financial resources, and the procedures for disbursing and stopping social allowances, vacations, and reviewing monthly salaries. The delegation commended the university's experience in auditing salaries and the rest of the employment affairs procedures and requested a field visit during the salary operation process. The Director of the Administration of Human Resources, Ms. Amina Al-Bishr, thanked the delegation for this visit.
