Scholarship holder from the College of Medicine in Durham University, UK, Muhammad Abdulrahman Al-Ansari was selected among 300 best PhD students from more than 40 top universities by Conception X. Conception X is an organization that supports distinguished PhD students with an annual budget of 47 million sterling pounds.
Two students from the University of Durham in the Department of Medical and Biological Sciences, Mohammed Al-Ansari and Kian Oren, were selected after the nomination and encouragement of the Research Projects Department at Durham University by the Director of the Department, Mr. Paul Stafford.
Al-Ansari was chosen after submitting the first research that was registered by Kuwait University as a patent. Al-Ansari is now working on his new discovery regarding biological materials that have the ability to preserve vital processes in the cell which can be used in biological therapies.
