The Head of the Department of Private Law Dr. Musaed Al-Enzi participated in a PhD defense committee for Dr. Ali Al-Enzi, who will be joining Kuwait University’s faculty. Dr. Ali Al-Enzi's PhD thesis compared between Kuwaiti laws and French laws.
This is Dr. Musaed’s 3rd participation in a thesis defense committee in France. In 2019, he participated in 2 committees in Strasbourg, and became the external arbitrator in one of them.
