Dr. Maryam Al-Khidr, scholarship holder from the Department of Developmental and Preventive Sciences in the College of Dentistry, won the Richard Pugh Dentistry Award for the academic year 2021 in the United States of America.
This annual award is presented to those who excel in the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry exams, specifically those who make up 3% of the highest scores. Dr. Al-Khidr was in the list of top performers.
The Acting Dean of the College of Dentistry, Dr. Rashid Al-Azmi, said that the college once again proves its scientific level through the achievements of its graduates. This helps motivate students and faculty members to push their limits and achieve excellence in their scientific and practical work.
