Kuwait University announced that the committee for receiving contracting and construction works in Sabah Al-Salem University City approved the partial primary receipt of the two northern campuses in the College of Business Administration and the College of Life Sciences and the mosque attached to them in Sabah Al-Salem University City, taking into account the remarks of the committee members.
The Chairman of the Committee, Secretary General of Kuwait University, Dr. Muthanna Talib Al-Rifai said that with this step, Kuwait University has completed the receipt of all the buildings of the College of Business Administration and the College of Life Sciences in the new campus in Al-Shadadiya area, where the university had received in June of 2019 the southern campuses of each of the two colleges.
During a meeting held on Monday morning, November 9, 2020, the committee for receiving contracting and construction works in Sabah Al-Salem University City began its work to review and study the technical reports prepared by the project consultant on the work of the primary reception of the two northern buildings in the College of Business Administration and Life Sciences in Sabah Al-Salem University City, before The committee goes to a field visit to the buildings to visually inspect and verify the readiness of the project sites on the Al-Shidadiya campus.
And the participants in this committee were, Director of the Construction Program at Kuwait University, Dr. Qutaiba Abdel Razzaq Razouki and the Acting Assistant Secretary General for Facilities Management Affairs, Mr. Ali Al-Ostath, Eng. Yassin Al-Yaseen, Assistant Undersecretary for Educational Facilities and Planning at the Ministry of Education, Director of the Second Zone Projects Department at the Public Authority for Housing Welfare Eng. Ali Abdel-Saheb Al-Saleh, Eng. Sabeeka Khaled Al-Zamami, representative of the Ministry of Public Works, a representative of the Assistant Vice President for Planning at Kuwait University Eng. Najwan Al-Yaseen, in addition to the committee's rapporteur, Director of Construction and Maintenance Department at Kuwait University, Eng. Hamida Al-Khalidi.
