Based on the highest goals of Kuwait University, the General Secretariat seeks to create a competitive work environment among the various administrative bodies in it by spreading the culture of development and creativity in the university, whether at the level of distinguished work centers and distinguished employees, in accordance with the system award of administrative excellence and Prepared and approved by the Administrative Excellence Committee within the University.
Based on the above, the General Secretariat of the University announces the opening of the candidacy for the Management Excellence Award within the University for the year 2018 according to the following terms and conditions:
1- The work center shall be accredited in the organizational structure of the university
2- The nomination shall be based on a request submitted by the head of the work center and approved by the head of the work center through the self-service system explaining all the justification for nomination according to the unified applying form of the Excellence Award for work center (see the award system).
3- The work center provides a visual presentation to the Committee on the achievement project.
1- The nomination must be made at the request of the nominated employee and approved by the head of the work center through a self-service system explaining all the justification for nomination according to the standard applying form for the Excellence Award for employees (see the award system).
2- The employee must have an (excellent) assessment for the last three years including the award year.
3- The employee shall not have signed one of the disciplinary penalties stipulated by the legislator in the Civil Service Law and the decree of the service system and their amendments.
4- The total number of actual working days shall not be less than 100 working days for the employee for the year of the award, in accordance with the rules governing the annual evaluation.
5- The employee shall not have any severance days from work without an acceptable permission or excuse during the year of the award.
6- The employee shall have 2 recommendation letters from his work center direct manager and his supervisor, stating his excellence in all fields of work in management such as performance, relations, achievements, etc., during the year of the award.
7- The staff member shall make a visible presentation to the Committee on the achievement project.
The dates for applying for the prize will be during the period from 1/3/2019 to 16/3/2019
