The Vice President for Academic Affairs at Kuwait University organized a ceremony honoring distinguished lecturers who participated in the teaching workshops at the University of California- Berkeley, who had previously traveled to the United States to attend the teaching development workshops in cooperation with the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences. The ceremony was held on Sunday 22, April, 2018 at the Radisson Blu Hotel.

On this occasion, Vice President for Academic Affairs Prof. Jamal AlNakas expressed his happiness and pride in meeting with the academic delegation that participated in the University of Berkeley at this friendly evening.

For his part, the President Assistant for Academic Development Prof. Ahmad Yajit said that the University of Kuwait represented by the University President Prof. Hussein Al-Ansari is grateful for the efforts of the professors that participated in the University of Berkeley workshops. He also praised the achievements and contributions made by the team on all levels.

The delegation participated in the workshops has visited the courses to identify the means of developing the educational process and thus organize such workshops within Kuwait University for their fellow faculty members in Arabic and English.
