Engineers Fatima Abdullatif Al Saidi, Nour Ali Al Ansari and Norah Abdullah Al Sanafi from the Department of Petroleum Engineering – College of Engineering and Petroleum at Kuwait University devised a scientific project entitled " An electrical Diagnosis Submersible Pump ". The project was supervised by Prof. Ionis and Eng. Abdullah Al Jazzaf.
Eng. Fatima Al-Saidi Stressed that his tool is not currently in Kuwait and this project aims to provide a unique and effective solution for many wells , reaching more than 1,300 wells with an immersed electric pump.
For her part, Eng. Nor Al-Ansari indicated that this project provides time to accurately diagnose the condition of the pump, as it avoids human errors that can be made by engineers , asserting that this tool saves extra costs when making any wrong diagnosis.
Eng. Nora Alsanafi expressed her gratitude to all the supporters of this project, as she extended her appreciation to Eng. Abdullah Al-Jazzaf for his support and directions and Kuwait university for giving them the opportunity to showcase their project at the 32nd Engineering Designs Exhibition.
