Acting Dean of Admission and Registration at KU Dr. Adel Hussein Malallah, announced that the transcript distribution process for the first semester of 2015/2016 is completed including 2174 KU graduate. Transcripts will be handed out starting 11/1/2016 until 14/1/2016 at the Reception Office - Deanship of Admission and Registration- Shuwaikh, from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm. All graduates who wish to collect their transcripts must have their original ID and release form with them. Pointing out to the importance of completing the graduation procedures and release forms online so that Alumni Affair Department can issue the graduation certificates and grades transcripts.
Dr. Adel Hussein Malallah extended his appreciation to administrators and employees of the Departments of Records and Alumni Affairs, and special thanks to Ms. Mona Al-Zamil Director of the Department of Records and Ms. Fatma Al-Amiri Director of the Department of Alumni Affairs, for their efforts in following up and reviewing the graduates transcripts within 2 weeks of the end of the first semester.
