Prof. Jassem Mohammed Al-Hamdan, Acting Dean of Student Affairs at Kuwait University, took part in the 35th Meeting of Deans of Student Affairs from universities and higher education institutions across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), held at Shaqra University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The meeting addressed several key topics aimed at enhancing student activities in the cultural, athletic, and academic fields, as well as promoting student exchange programs among universities in GCC countries. During the session, Kuwait University presented a proposal focused on supporting students with disabilities, with the goal of creating an inclusive and supportive educational environment for all students.
As part of efforts to strengthen student collaboration within the GCC, Kuwait University is set to host student delegations from GCC countries in October 2025, with the aim of promoting cultural and academic exchange and further solidifying inter-university relations across the region.
