He further stated that Kuwait University, through its administrative bodies, consistently forms committees according to specified regulations and procedures to ensure objectivity and integrity, and emphasized complete adherence to all legal procedures governing the promotion system.
Prof. Al-Dhafiri acknowledged constructive feedback and criticisms, always striving to enhance its operations and develop its academic system to achieve the highest levels of quality, while strictly prohibiting any violation of the law or harm to the dignity and rights of its members.
