Kuwait University has commenced the enrollment applications process for the first semester of the academic year 2024/2025. This applies to eligible Kuwaiti nationals, children of Kuwaiti women, citizens of GCC countries, graduates of the Unified System, religious institute, American schools, as well as graduates of English schools expected to graduate (graduates of Kuwaiti schools only). The application period is from Monday, July 15, 2024, to Thursday, July 25, 2024. The Admission and Registration Hall at Sabah Al-Salem University City is available as well to receive applicants during the period from July 18 to July 25, 2024, during official working hours.
In this regard, Acting Secretary-General of Kuwait University and University Spokesperson, Prof. Fayiz Al-Dhafiri, expressed his gratitude to the Deanship of Admission and Registration, represented by the Dean of Admission and Registration, Dr. Fadel Aziz, as well as the Administration of Admission, Administration of Media and Public Relations, Administration of Security and Safety, and all relevant departments for their cooperation and harmony in facilitating the enrollment process at Kuwait University and addressing all the inquiries brought forward by prospective students and their guardians. He emphasized the university's commitment, through the Deanship of Admission and Registration, to provide detailed guidelines on admission requirements, available programs and the required academic periods. He also mentioned the recent exhibition organized by the Deanship of Admission and Registration at The Avenues to directly reach the concerned groups, in addition to responding to all inquiries submitted online.
Prof. Al-Dhafiri added that there are clear guidelines posted on the university's official websites for eligible categories under admission requirements, along with the deadlines for submitting applications. He clarified that the number of accepted students for the academic year 2024/2025 will be announced after the completion of the admission process, based on available programs which vary in their requirements from one specialization to another.
Prof. Al-Dhafiri also highlighted the new disciplines available for the academic year 2024/2025, including the Nursing program under the College of Allied Health Sciences, which Kuwait University reintroduced in response to the job market and to address the shortage of medical personnel. He expressed his best wishes to all students interested in joining Kuwait University.
